finding out your ip address

To find out your ip address and also see if you are connected click the start button in the lower left hand corner of your screen then click on run and in the dialog box that appears, type in cmd and click enter or ok The command prompt will open up and then you should type in ipconfig /all and you will see not only ip address but some other pertinent information Hope this helps and remember please feel free to reply with computer questions you might have Thank you very much

clearing firefox cache

1. Go to Tools > Options. 2. Click Privacy. 3. Click History tab and then click Clear Browsing History Now. 4. Click Cookies tab and then click Clear Cookies Now. 5. Click Cache tab and then click Clear Cache Now. 6. Click OK to close the Options window

clearing IE cache

When you want to clear out the cache in internet explorer, click on tools, then internet options, then click on browsing history , from there you can delete cookies, temporary internet files, history. One word of caution dont delete passwords unless you remember all of your passwords Have a great day
