Start up problem of outlook 2010

This is one of the most common problems with Microsoft Outlook 2010. Whenever this problem occurs the Microsoft Outlook 2010 comes up with an error message “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook 2010”. This error can persist even after repairing and reinstalling the software. By this time the program also cannot be started in the Safe Mode. The possible reason behind this issue may be the wrong way of Outlook shutdown which in turn leads to a problematic navigation panel. A couple of possible reasons that outlook shutdown improperly are  turning off the computer by the power button instead of doing the proper shutdown of the computer using the start menu or you had a power failure.  One way of resolving the error is by running the Outlook.exe /resetnavpane command. If this method does not work then go for running the Inbox Repair tool to overcome the problem.
