To manage Gmail contacts try this method

- Select the group you'd like to edit.
- Click Edit at the top of the page.
- Make your desired changes.
- Click Save at the top of the page.
To add contacts to a contact group: - Select the contacts in the Contacts list.
- Open the Groups drop-down menu.
- Under Add to..., select the group you'd like to add the contact to, or select New group to create a new group.
To remove contacts from a contact group: - Select the contact in the Contacts list.
- Open the Groups drop-down menu.
- Under Remove from..., select the group you'd like to remove the contact from.
To delete a contact group: - Click Contacts on the left side of any page.
- Select the contact group from the groups list.
- Click Delete Group at the top of the page.
- Click OK.
