With remote assistance, you can simply talk to someone using windows messenger or you can allow that user to remotely control your computer and make configuration changes.

Please follow these steps
(1) Click start then control panel. In Control panel’s Classic view
Switch to System.
On the remote tab, click the advanced button. Clear the check box that allows the computer to be controlled remotely then click ok button
