To have Outlook2003 automatically check for new emails


Click on tools then options

Click on mail setup

Under send receive category

Also check the box that says send mail immediately when connected

Click on the send/receive button

Under settings groups "all users"

Check the schedule an automatic send and receive

Also set the minutes you want outlook 2003 to do the automatic email check.
