To disable a user account in Windows 7 On the start menu, Right click Computer and click Manage In the left pane of the Computer Management window, Click Local users and Groups, In the center pane, double click the user’s folder Double click the user’s name of the account you want to disable In the properties dialog box, select the accounts is disabled check box, and then click ok Close the Computer Management window The account no longer appears in the Mange Accounts window of control panel Remember Even though the account is disabled , all the user's files and folders are still on the computer Have a great day

outlook2003 automatically checks for new email

To have Outlook2003 automatically check for new emails Click on tools then options Click on mail setup Under send receive category Also check the box that says send mail immediately when connected Click on the send/receive button Under settings groups "all users" Check the schedule an automatic send and receive Also set the minutes you want outlook 2003 to do the automatic email check. To Create a simple header and/or footer in excel 2003 Please follow the following steps Open the workbook that contains the data you want to print with a header and/or footer Open file, select page setup and click the header/footer tab. the  header/ footer tab should open Open either the header or footer drop down list box and select a built in format. Select a toolbar to display in excel 2003 Open view and select toolbars The toolbars menu will be displayed Click the toolbar you want to display. A check mark is placed next to it and the toolbar displays on the screen. Conversely if you uncheck the toolbar , it will no longer appear on the screen.
